In 2007 a young dreamer, adventurer, misfit and romantic borrowed money from his mother to start a textile revolution by introducing natural dyed organic fabrics to the world, what started as a small trading operation today is an international wholesale business working with 400+ brands across 16 countries. Peace silk is extracted from the silk moth without boiling or killing them. It’s a process which is time consuming and labour intensive and thus the higher price. This process ensures the silk-worm /moth live there full life cycle and that’s why it’s called Ahimsa which is a term coined by Gandhi which means Non-Violence/Peace.
